My experience in the Real Estate Industry is varied and deep.  Upon completion of four years active duty in the United States Marine Corps (semper fi) I married my wife Lana in 1976, in doing so I also married into the Real Estate business.   My father-in-Law was my Real Estate Broker and very possibly the finest Realtor I have met to date. 

Following 7 years of Real Estate sales and management, I transition into Mortgage Finance, starting as a loan officer, then Sales Manager, Office Manager and General Manager for a Mortgage Brokerage and major lenders such as Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Countrywide Home Loans.  After 18 years it was time to return home, to Residential Real Estate sales.

All these years later, I continue to operate my business under these simple principles that have proven successful;

Do it right the first time
